Ben and Jan did a great job. It was a quick process once it began- about 7 minutes. I was a little wary of them having complete access to the phone, but you could see everything they were doing. They also tell you how to uninstall the application that gives them access to the phone so they can no longer have access.

Payton Bryant.... very very nice experienced technician. A big problem solved me in ten seconds. Kind and helpful.

Thank you Jan Herschman for being so patient with me. We got it figured out and i owe my success to you.

Moreover, this program is really an excellent means of contracing the activities and locations of my now teenage son. We're finding it a little difficult to root your phone, but we're confident we can fix it as soon as possible...

Huge efforts saver. Work till late night so this app is helpful in many ways. Had setting troubles. Got assistance. Customer service awesome.

Absolutely reliable when it comes to customer support. I'm still yet to review their product but the level of support I got from one of their assistants called Mike hoover is terrific. I'll recommend you ask of him if you want your issue discussed and sorted out immediately. The software did exactly what I needed it to do. Also, when I had a hard time getting my paid subscription to work, the customer service was spectacular and helped me figure out my problem quickly.

Customer Service has been great. Helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, quick to respond. (I am still waiting to review my first download, so can't comment on the Wintego spy yet).

Kendyl Sparks helped me and I thanked him for his humor and professionalism

Wintego spy chat help is fantastic. Installation is complicated, but each time I have had a problem the chat desk was there 24x7 to help. My assist this time was Mike Hooper.Had a lengthy chat session with customer support Mike Hoover. I know I really tried his patience! I needed a lot of help, but he stuck with me and was very nice. He solved my issues and was always polite. Thanks Mike!!! You're excellent at your job!

You can use this app every where, and easy to understand you can have a lot of information about your target

My son was speaking with a "friend" on X-Box, who gave him his phone number. My son, being naive, texted him. The texts my son received were not bad, but gave me a bad feeling. We had a low level monitoring program on his phone already, but this experience made me realize we needed to do much more.

I was working online with one of the Technicians (Morgan Lewis) to fix some issues and problems and was AMAZING!!!!!!

ultimate professionalism. Ive heard great things about the app amd the customer service and at this point, i totally 100% agree

Jin Bass et Edward Blake are very professionals and competents persons a service very good i m happy and satisfy for their job my basic solution is ok

Michael Frost was very helpful to me when I was trying to decide to use the service. He answered all my questions and explained how the program works.

I am a worried mom with teens, I came across this app with a lot of interrogation and Michael frost was very helpful, very professional and a great customer service representative.

I signed up for Wintego spy about three months ago. Initially, we discovered that the app wouldn't work on my device. Wintego spy was great in holding my account as I was going to upgrade soon to a device that it would work on. My account and balance was held for me. I paid for the m-assistance as well and everything went smoothly and effortlessly. Everyone I have spoken to or chatted with at Wintego spy have all been very friendly, listen to understand me and have been very accommodating at bringing a resolution. Now that I have the device active with Wintego spy, everything is reporting as it should be. The device works as normally as it should. I did a lot of research on which app to use and I am so pleased I chose Wintego spy.

Wintego spy is an amazing app and the customer service is very good! Jin Bass is very quick and efficient, answered all of my questions, and got everything finished in a timely manner correctly! He listened to what I needed and went the extra mile! Thank you Jin and the whole Wintego spy team!

I've been using this program for 3 years, and I'm pleased with the results he gives me. Today I renewed my contract for another year. There is a good support for problems, and there are also good discounts that you can get. I am very grateful to Andrew Ballew for the cooperation in the re-signing of my contract.

Andrew Ballew is awesome! He quickly resovled my issues, he was also quick and courteous!

He was also gave me vital information on the compatibility of Wintego spy with my son's Android phone.

This is a must have product! I did not know products like this existed before my friend told me about it, and I am so grateful to him! It enables me to monitor my workers' firm mobile phone to ensure they are being used for business purposes only. It allows me to access calls, text messages, e-mails, and a number of other things. The product is really essential! Many thanks to Michael Frost for all he done for me, helping to setup the account, etcI've never been so impressed while having support assistance it was enough to tell my short story so agent Morgan already knew how to help me it was brilliant!!!

Merhaba, Julia DEMİR, Wintego spy hakkında bir incelemede bulunmam noktasında yardımcı oldular, gayet hızlı cevap verilmesi beni memnun etti.Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum.

Mike Hoover was great help. Patient with my low Tech knowledge and walk me through the whole process. Thanks Mike. I’m very satisfy with Wintego spy

A great company, I am satisfied with their services . And I would like to specifically mention Eva Hills in customer service, who was a great help to me when I had an issue with the installation, she is professional and very supportive. Thanks a lot Eva!

Service was hit or mis for the first week but a very kind service rep went above and beyond to get me sorted out so im very much eager to try this again.

Also my sons phone is not open so I do not get to use all features but still pay full price. They said the geo fencing is from the premium service. And geo fencing is a great feature because you set up the places you are most concerned about and it will tell you the time and date they were there. Thank you Wintego spy for giving me piece of mind. I give Wintego spy 4 stars for customer service as they answer Immediately and help with any issues which haven been many except for the error in actual location.

Jessica was extremely helpful, quick and answered all my question . very knowledgable. Really great help team member forsura

My one complaint is that it’s not always accurate. It can be quite a distance off. Once causing my husband to go out and check on my son who was not where Wintego spy showed but close by. Even with that happening I will continue to be a customer until my son is out on his own. I have been an Wintego spy customer for four years now and have been very happy with their service. Having a teenager can be very challenging and not knowing where they are at all times in this day and age can be dangerous. Having Wintego spy has given my husband and I peace of mind knowing our son is doing the right thing and knowing where he is if he is late coming home.

This tool happens to be very helpful when my kid was accused of bullying another one by phone. So I just showed this crazy mom the call history and messages for the last 2 weeks. They had to excuse.

I had the awesome experience of working with Tom Malkovich...He was excellent... I can't say enough positive things...everything they claim is true..the app works wonderfully...no issues what so ever. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone...well worth the money.Had serious trouble getting my head around downloading WINTEGO SPY. Not the product at fault, but me. Managed to live chat with Mike Hoover. He was so patient with the situation and spent some time in helping me getting it up and running. He did not make me feel stupid at all, but just wanted to get the best outcome. Thank you for being so great at your job and such a nice guy Mike. To us out here, you are the company, and you did a wonderful job of promoting it.

This review is all about the customer service provided by Nick J. at Wintego spy. The app works fine as long as the device is working like it should. Nick spent nearly an hour on the chat window guiding me through the process of disabling apps that interfered and re-installing their app, twice. It was quite the procedure but in the end, the app (installed on a T-mobile device) was operating as should.

I just came here to let my opinion about my chat assistant MIKE HOOVER. He was great helping me step by step during almost two hours of chat. Thank you Mike. People like you make this business great. And thank Wintego spy for keep our children safe.... superb support from Mike Hoover.. he solved my query and enabled my dashboard to get updated... great job.. Initially i was worried that its not getting updated. but happy that he has solved it..

I am very impressed and i think Mike Hoover is one of the best in that company as he works fast and is able to tackle all the various problems and resolve them within the time frame. I recommend him anytime.

Very good service. My tech support appointment was mistakenly scheduled an hour different than originally agreed, but they worked with me when the time came and the support was great. Diane was very thorough and efficient in handling my request. I am very satisfied with the service!Kendyl was very helpful in answering my questions today. There has been a learning curve in using the program but the members of your staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you
